The book begins with one of the best feelings in the world of holding a baby for the first time.
This is the journey of the author herself becoming a mother. To become a mother is a blessing for the women but this blessing does come with lots of pain, fear and struggles.
She has also discussed the tokophobia and how she overcomes it. In our culture, the role of mother and involvement in parenting is highlighted but as we can still see in many families, fathers do not much contribute in the parenting of children and father does not know about the feelings and emotions of women during the period of pregnancy.
The couple who are planning a baby should read this book to know the journey of becoming a parent. It would really help them in better planning.
Language is easy and narration is smooth.
The cover is beautiful.
The title is apt to the book.
